1960 Mercedes Benz 220s
About a year ago I finally let go of my late Dad’s Mercedes Benz and Mercedes Benz Club of SA bought it.
They have been fixing it up and repairing what was needed and the car is now being raffled off to raise funds.
I must admit it is rather odd to see a car I used to drive and had been in the family for probably 40 years in the “Car” magazine like this.
The winner is going to be a very lucky person. I’m sure the car will be appreciated as much as it has been in its colourful past. I can honestly say in all truth… They DO NOT make them like this anymore.
