It’s OK
Human beings are nothing if not extremists. Even those that try to deny it, to some extent, have their fluctuations. It is the natural order to ebb and also to flow.
Motivational people seem to try to maintain a constant Positive/Yes demeanour. While it is an admirable – and to some extent desirable – utopia to aim for, one has to be realistic and know that no one can holistically maintain such a high.
To aim to never again hit a low patch is unrealistic and it sets up the potential for great disappointment. At times the going is tough and moods are low. It is OK. There is no need to go into a mania about “fixing” it.
Instead acknowledge the place you are in and make all attempts not to wallow in self-pity – at least not for long! Human beings are not robots and all emotions and states of mind are equally valid.
It is OK to feel down. It is NOT OK to feel sorry for yourself!
