A Resolute New Year!
New Year’s resolutions come and go, people go on with their lives, and the New Year hurtles headlong towards the Maya count down.
I must confess that I’m having one of the best New Years so far. The weather is warm and lightly humid, plenty of material to photograph, and the world is a bright and wonderful place.
My search for the perfect hat, possibly a cowboy hat for some strange reason, has evaded me thus far but I have finally purchased a hat. It is odd to note at this point that it has cost me less during peak tourist season. One would expect the reverse but there you go!
If anyone can point me in the direction of a hat maker please feel free. My balding pate is now in fashionable need of sun protection during my walks on the beach. The search for that elusive perfect hat continues…
So I would like to leave you with this thought; why not make a late New Year’s resoution? Make the decision to be happy. That in its self is a noble choice.
