A “Wish-You-Were-Here” At The Beach Day!

Today was one of those days that simply required a pair of sandals, copious amounts of sun block, a hat, some need for reflection and contemplation, and an isolated beach. No, birds don’t count. They are just there.

In the last few days I’ve had some thinking to do about things that really require very little thought any more in my life. Still, forever the analyst, I dutifully analysed, deconstructed, re-constructed and essentially came to the same end result. I am just fine, warts and all!

Sometimes people come into our lives for a reason and sometimes they are simply white noise in the busy cacophony of life’s messages. Some people bring a message but some simply bring discord and disruption.

If you pay close attention to your responses and what messages you are receiving from the universe you will know which ones are noise and which are messages for you to take heed. Just because someone means well doesn’t mean you should take heed. It never hurts to listen but it is important to begin to filter out what is simply not constructive advice or often just misguided tongue wagging.

The beach is a great place to meditate and reflect. I am so relaxed I could float off on cotton fluffs of blissful sighs… May you also have peace of mind and love in your heart.
